Payment Terms
For account holders, payment is due by the 20th of the month following the invoice date. One-off or casual customers must pay in full prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may result in suspension of services.
Our Liability
Limited to $2,000.00 incl. GST per unit under the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017. Goods must be newly manufactured. Read the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 →
Owner's Risk
Second-hand items, return goods, glass and inadequately packed goods are carried at Owner's Risk - no compensation for loss or damage.
Claims Process
Damaged goods - written notice within 7 days of delivery. Missing goods - written notice within 14 days of dispatch.
Insurance
You should insure your goods for their full value during transit. We can arrange Declared Value Cover on your behalf - ask us for details.
Ending Services
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of terms.
